Cortes del Quarto Delantero

There are separate sections of the beef forequarter which include the fore rib; chuck; brisket; shin, neck and clod.  Some of the cuts from the beef forequarter are considered to be more flavoursome than that of hindquarter cuts.  Generally the cuts from the forequarter are used for roasting or stewing.
